    本公司是一家專(zhuān)業(yè)生產(chǎn)有色金屬鑄件的企業(yè),擁有一支多年從事有色鑄造的高、中級(jí)技師為中堅(jiān)力量的技術(shù)隊(duì)伍。公司提供從模具設(shè)計(jì)制造到毛胚鑄造直至機(jī)械加工等一條龍服務(wù)。主要生產(chǎn):各檔牌號(hào)的鋁重力澆鑄件、鋁低壓澆鑄件、鋁高壓壓鑄件及鋁翻砂件,黃銅、錫青銅、鋁青銅的翻砂件。為確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，公司還配置了技術(shù)先進(jìn)、配套組合的中頻電爐、工頻電爐，160T 、280T 臥式冷室壓鑄機(jī)、低壓澆鑄機(jī)、立式重力澆鑄機(jī)和臥式重力澆鑄機(jī)以及配套有鋁合金熱處理爐一套及相應(yīng)的檢測(cè)儀器和表面處理設(shè)備。機(jī)械加工設(shè)備配有四軸加工中心、數(shù)控車(chē)床、雕銑機(jī)等。為了進(jìn)一步提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，公司配備了德國(guó)原裝進(jìn)口的光譜儀，萬(wàn)能試驗(yàn)機(jī)，布氏硬度計(jì)，測(cè)氫儀及金相分析儀等檢測(cè)設(shè)備。在此基礎(chǔ)上嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行ISO9001-2008質(zhì)量管理體系要求。
