安徽榮杰精密金屬制品有限公司位于安徽省阜陽市阜南縣國家級經濟開發(fā)區(qū)，專業(yè)生產提供熔模鑄造（硅溶膠工藝）不銹鋼、耐熱鋼、高溫合金鋼的精密鑄造產品。以及衛(wèi)生級不銹鋼管卡，CDLF 泵，閥門產品。 公司占地面積30畝，共有員工84名，公司投資4500萬元引進德國和臺灣的高端精密金屬鑄造制品生產線和工藝技術,并成立了CNC精加工車間。公司有300KW中頻爐5套，雙工位免缸液壓射蠟機9臺、環(huán)保型20槽蠟液保溫箱自動輸蠟系統(tǒng)2套、環(huán)保型快速全自動蠟水分離器2臺、德國斯派克光譜儀一臺、全自動沾漿機械手生產線1條、CNC加工中心8臺，Q378\Q326拋丸機6臺及成套配套設備。鑄件材質包括不銹鋼類、耐熱鋼、高溫合金（人體內置關節(jié)，GB17100-1997\司太立合金ASTM F75）、食品級等的產品等，涉及的行業(yè)有航天部件、核工業(yè)設施零部件、高爾夫球球頭、軍工產品（對民營企業(yè)開放）部件、衛(wèi)浴潔具、汽車行業(yè)國六EGR系統(tǒng)及新能源汽車、華為5G配套產品等，其中30%的業(yè)務是出口國外市場。 并且公司通過了IATF16949:2016質量管理體系認證，通過對全員培養(yǎng)，要求質量管理全員參與，產品質量持續(xù)改進和客戶滿意度得以持續(xù)提高。 Anhui Rongjie Precision Metal Products Co., Ltd. is located in the national economic development zone of Funan County, Fuyang City, Anhui Province, specialising in the production and provision of investment casting (silicone sol process) stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, high-temperature alloy steel precision casting products. As well as sanitary stainless steel pipe clamps, CDLF pumps, valve products. The company covers an area of 30 acres, a total of 84 employees, the company invested 45 million yuan to introduce Germany and Taiwan's high-end precision metal casting products production line and technology, and set up a CNC finishing workshop. The company has 5 sets of 300KW medium frequency furnaces, 9 sets of double-station cylinder-free hydraulic wax injection machines, 2 sets of environmentally friendly 20-slot wax holding tanks with automatic wax transmission system, 2 sets of environmentally friendly fast automatic wax-water separator, 1 German Spectrum spectrometer, 1 automatic dip robot production line, 8 CNC machining centres, 6 sets of Q378\Q326 shot blasting machines and complete sets of ancillary equipment. Casting materials include stainless steel class, heat-resistant steel, high-temperature alloys (human body built-in joints, GB17100-1997 \ Staley alloy ASTM F75), food-grade and other products, etc., involved in the industry of aerospace components, nuclear industry facilities parts, golf ball head, military products (open to private enterprises) components, sanitary ware, automotive industry, the national six EGR system and new energy vehicles, Huawei 5G supporting products, etc. 30% of the business is exported to foreign markets. And the company has passed the IATF16949:2016 quality management system certification, through the training of the whole staff, requiring full participation in quality management, continuous improvement of product quality and customer satisfaction can be continuously improved. |
